If you need help understanding our terms, conditions, policies, quotes, or need some guidance regarding our products, please do not hesitate to:

If you require assistance completing any of the forms on our website or that you may have received in the post, please contact us and we will be happy to talk you through the forms or complete them on your behalf with a copy provided to you. We can also send documents/emails to a chosen second contact.
Bereavement
If a loved one named on a Newton Crum policy has passed away, we understand this can be a difficult time and will assist you in making all necessary arrangements to update the policy documents.
Health Concerns
If you are suffering from an illness or heath issue which could affect your ability to manage your policy and you feel you need additional support, please contact us.
If you would like to arrange for someone to speak about your policy on your behalf.
You can give permission for someone not named on a Newton Crum policy to speak on your behalf. This could be a family member, friend or legal representative who you could give permission to do everything you can do with your policy except amend your address, contact details, or you can choose what access this person(s) has. You can notify us by telephone, email or post providing their full name, date of birth and address confirming what access they are to have to your policy.
Power of Attorney
Please provide us with a copy of the power of attorney document. Upon receipt we will contact the attorney to confirm we have received the document and update the policy accordingly.

Whilst we do not provide credit or allow monthly installments, if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please get in touch to allow us to see if we can support you in any way.
